APOTHEKER’S MARIGOLD CREAM with arnica –
Marigold (Calendula officinalis) is extremely skin-friendly and its caring effects have been known for centuries. This Apotheker’s Marigold Cream, combined with vitamin E and D-panthenol, is excellent for daily, universal skin care as it protects the skin from drying out and harmful environmental effects.
Application: Apply the cream multiple times a day, and rub in thoroughly.
In this cream the Marigold flower extract along with the Mountain Arnica flower extract, with an
increased E vitamin content, provide a smooth care for the skin and can be used for several skin
problems such as dermatitis, eczema or pregnancy streaks among others.

CALENDULA OFFICINALIS FLOWER EXTRACT (Marigold)
Its effect is very similar to that of ARNICA MONTANA FLOWER EXTRACT, however its healing effect
surpasses it. Its antibiotic effect on a large number of pathogens has been experimentally proven. It is
anti-inflammatory, soothing, tissue regenerator. It has a proven ability to promote peeling and skin

CALENDULA OFFICINALIS FLOWER EXTRACT is used externally for varicose veins, healing wounds and
skin lesions. Thanks to its soothing and anti-itching effect, marigold is used externally for additional

used for skin cracks, minor wounds, insect bites and dermatitis caused by sunlight.
ARNICA MONTANA FLOWER EXTRACT (Mountain Arnica)
Its antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties can help to prevent inflammatory skin
diseases. It can also speed up the healing process of granular tissues. By encouraging the development
of them it can effectively cure bruises, sunburn, minor burns and injuries. It is effective in treatment of
skin lesions, skin infections, eczema, frostbite and open wounds.
The flower of mountain arnica contains sesquiterpene lactone, flavonoids, coumarins and essential oils,
which affect the skin in many ways. The sesquiterpene lactone, called helenaline, is the main restorative
ingredient of the mountain arnica. Along with the flavonoid it soothes and renews the skin.
